Once you've made your hiring decision, BAFF will facilitate all visa (work authorization) for incoming intern(s), provide interns with a thorough orientation, and assist interns relocating to their new host city to ensure your new hire is ready to hit the ground running on their first day of work.

Program success is important to us. BAFF provides personalized support to both the company and participants. We are in contact with each intern and company to identify successes or challenges and are available to follow up and personalized support during the internship.
