Program Support & Services

BAFF provides personalized program support to each participant. Expect exceptional support from acceptance and onward through the last day of your program. BAFF staff members in the In-Region office and in the U.S. will in constant communication preparing you to pursue your exchange program in the U.S.

In addition to dedicated BAFF staff, CIEE has skilled, experienced, and professional Customer Service representatives ready to help you every business day, and during nonbusiness hours in the event of an emergency. Any issue that arises during your program is best dealt with early, so please don’t hesitate to call us.
