For public organizations and NGOs across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, this funding initiative is created to elevate your organization’s impact by bringing leading U.S. experts and thought leaders directly to your audience in the Baltics. We fund the travel and hosting logistics, empowering you to spark innovative conversations and forge lasting transatlantic partnerships.
Baltic American Security Exchange
Grants for public and private security organizations in the Baltics. This funding program can empower your national security and civil preparedness initiatives through direct collaboration with U.S. experts. The BASE program funds strategic projects that strengthen Baltic resilience—from cyber defense and crisis readiness to the training of security professionals.
BAFF
Leadership Academy
Designed for ambitious high school students from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, this fully funded summer academy transforms potential into real-world leadership. Spend three weeks in the U.S. mastering innovation and design thinking, living on a college campus, and exploring iconic American cities.
