BAFF Executive program offers that rare space to zoom out, realign, and act with intention.

Designed for BAFF alumni in leadership roles, this program connects you with experienced BAFF Board of Directors and a small peer group. Through interactive masterclass sessions and practical assignments, it fosters action-driven leadership and helps you turn ideas into real progress.

With over 200 alumni in leadership roles, you’ll expand your strategic network, connect with executive leaders and mentors, and open doors to fresh perspectives and new opportunities. Through diverse insights, practical feedback, and collaboration, you’ll challenge assumptions, refine ideas, and move forward towards your defined goal.

FALL SEASON
(October - December 2025)

3 Sessions · 2 Experts · Limited Seats

This season kicks off with two masterclasses led by BAFF Board Members Kim G. Davis and Andres Trink. Participants will be divided into two parallel groups that will move through the program simultaneously, creating space for richer interaction, shared accountability, and stronger peer-to-peer learning.

Group 1 – Topic: “Building a Resilient Company: Aligning Owners, Management, and Employees on Strategy” with Andres Trink

  • Session 1 – Masterclass: October 6, 17:00–18:30 (Baltic time)

  • Session 2 – Challenge & Refine: November | date based on group availability

  • Session 3 – Reflect & Impact: December | date based on group availability

Group 2 – Topic: “How to Get Investors for Your Organization: Mastering the Financing Decks” with Kim G. Davis

  • Session 1 – Masterclass: October 9, 17:00–18:30 (Baltic time)

  • Session 2 – Challenge & Refine: November | date based on group availability

  • Session 3 – Reflect & Impact: December | date based on group availability

Throughout the program, participants will complete personal assignments defined during the masterclass, applying new insights directly to their own leadership challenges.

Designed for small groups, the series is highly interactive—enabling participants to tackle real challenges, share perspectives, and build accountability in their leadership journey.

structure of the program

Throughout the program, the focus is on turning insight into action and staying accountable for it. In a small group of 4–6 peers, you’ll:

  • Explore new solutions through real-life scenarios and case studies

  • Apply what you learn with focused, practical tasks linked to your own goal or challenge

  • Reflect and improve by sharing outcomes, testing ideas, and holding each other accountable

You’ll walk away with traction on your goal and momentum to keep going.
